We've all been there - your order got returned and tracking info shows that they left you a notice, you didn't claim it and they sent it back. While in reality you got no notice so you weren't in position to know that your order was sitting in nearby post office and then got sent back.
In cases like that we have situation where there is official tracking log which points that buyer wasn't acting on postal notice and therefor the item got sent back - so the fair thing would be that the customer pays the return shipping fee of $6.
On the other side the buyer claims that there was no notice and thinks it is not fair that he/she must pay return sipping fee as this wasn't his/her mistake.
As it is futile to fight with the guilty one - being it the postal universe, the best second thing is to - split the cost of return shipping fee. The buyer will cover half of the return shipping fee and the other half will cover Vintage Express. Fair enough.
Your order will be sent again in a kraft tube box as a Priority Registered mail within three working days. You will get the tracking number once the order is shipped. Approximate transit/delivery times for Europe is 3-5 working days and for other continents 5-12 working days.

Took about 2 months to get to me lol but that’s not the sellers fault, the post office has been sending my packages all over the place recently, but I finally received them! They look great, and the seller was very helpful when my package got sent back the 1st time. Would order again!
